🌈 Rainbow Power! 🌈
One of the Quarter Notes loves rainbows and likes to say, "Rainbow Power!" We think we could use a little of this power this week, especially since the forecast says it may be a rainy week. Here are some colorful activities to do with your children.
Another fun way to create a rainbow is in a jar. Take different colored liquids from around your house and pour them slowly down the side of a clear jar. (Ex: honey on the bottom, dish liquid on top of that.) The different densities will sink or seem to float on top of the other liquids. You can explain this to the children while you're experimenting.
